• Where is the store based?

  Oakland, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At the moment we do not. Once the shop is out of it's first few stages, we will re-evaluate this.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We will ship out the order one or two days after receiving the payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Can I combine shipping?

  Yes, absolutely. We encourage the bundling of items so the buyer is able to get more for their buck and shipping supplies are used responsibly. If you have any other question, emailing or a message on instagram is always a good way to go.

• Are the items new?

  Unless otherwise stated, items sold at instantdork: the shop are used and in good/excellent condition. We do have new items and those will have NWT or NWOT on the title and description.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
